The Trimble® InSphere™ Data Manager application offers a centralized platform for managing geospatial data, ensuring secure access available anytime and from any location. It consolidates diverse geospatial information, allowing users to efficiently search, view, and manage survey control points and project data through an intuitive interface. Users can simultaneously overlay layers from various sources, including public survey control information, facilitating comprehensive data analysis.

By streamlining data access and reuse, the Data Manager enhances organizational productivity. It enables project managers, survey teams, and field crews to incorporate existing project information and control points into new projects, reducing duplication of effort. The ability to quickly visualize nearby projects and available data directly from the map expedites planning and decision-making processes. Additionally, selecting features on the map provides detailed attribute information and facilitates exporting data in CSV format for field use.

Accessibility is a key strength of the InSphere Data Manager, with cloud-based deployment allowing users to retrieve vital geospatial information via web browsers on desktops or mobile devices. Office-based managers can seamlessly incorporate previous project data into estimates and planning workflows, while field teams benefit from easily locating control points near their current position through the mobile application.
